Historic hotel with fantastic staff and great location on the Freedom Trail. Rooms are quite small and in need of updating.

Location is fantastic, right on the Freedom Trail. Rooms lean small and could use some upgrades. Don't miss the Boston Cream Pie at Parker's Bar.

The room was tiny, barely fitting two beds, and the staff at the front desk were so unhelpful. It felt like they were bothered by our questions, which was just frustrating.

The Boston Omni Parker House Hotel boasts an unbeatable location right on the Freedom Trail. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was cozy with a great shower pressure, making it ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Faneuil Hall and Boston Commons.

The staff really went out of their way to make our honeymoon special. The room was cozy, and the breakfast had great options to kick off our days.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable for a memorable stay.

Welcomed warmly by Elisabeth at reception. Central location, a short walk to key sights. Room cleanliness needs attention—floors under furniture were neglected, and there was dust on baseboards. The space was tight; navigating around furniture was challenging. Friendly staff, particularly at The Last Hurrah, made dining enjoyable, though the breakfast pricing felt excessive. A well-stocked bar is a plus, but lacking a full restaurant and concierge services is a miss. Comfort of beds and hot water in the shower redeemed some shortcomings, but the overall experience lacked the polish I expected. Attention to detail is imperative.

The staff exuded warmth and genuine friendliness, making every interaction a pleasure, from the front desk to the dining areas. The cozy, historic ambiance added charm, and the location couldn't be better for exploring. the cleanliness left something to be desired; stained carpets and unwashed sheets were disappointing. I was thrilled with free bottled water and quick requests, but I had an unpleasant experience with a dog-friendly room that triggered my allergies. Dining was a mix—breakfast was delightful, but the famed dessert was underwhelming. Still, the experience was memorable and full of character.

The location is perfect for exploring and the historical charm adds a nice touch. I loved the complimentary wine at the lobby bar and the friendly staff really made me feel welcome.
The bathroom could use some TLC.

Great location and clean rooms, but parking fees were misleading.

I absolutely loved my stay because everything I wanted to see in Boston was just a short stroll away like Boston Common which is about a 10-minute walk and the Freedom Trail which was even closer making it so easy to hop from one landmark to another while soaking in the beautiful scenery the iconic restaurants like Ruth's Chris Steak House and Sam LaGrassa's were practically next door offering delicious options after a long day of exploring and the staff were friendly and helpful ensuring I had a great experience but the hotel could use a little upgrade in some areas for that perfect finish.

First off, the staff at the hotel were truly amazing. Despite a few mishaps like losing my luggage and tickets, they made up for it by sending up a lovely champagne and cheese plate for our honeymoon. They even accommodated us when there was a barking dog next to our room, providing us with a free meal and discount on parking. On the downside, we encountered some maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom fan wasn't working properly, and there was mold under a shelf in the bathtub. It made it a bit inconvenient for us during our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, and the historical aspects and decor throughout the property were impressive. the rooms felt small and cramped, and we missed having more space for our toiletries in the bathroom. Other inconveniences included the lack of a water dispenser in the lobby during evening hours and the high prices at the convenience store. It would have been more convenient to have a mini fridge in the room for storing drinks and snacks. our stay at Omni Parker had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and the location was great, but there were some maintenance and convenience issues that affected our overall experience.

The room offered a decent size, but felt dated. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The temperature control worked well, allowing us to adjust the room to our preference. the shower pressure was disappointing, making it difficult to get going in the morning. I appreciated the exercise room, though I did notice some mold in the shower grout. The view from our window faced an office building, which affected privacy during weekdays. The decor was classic but could use modernization. No fridge was available despite my request, adding to the feeling of neglect in the amenities.

Our romantic escape at a hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the valet to the front desk to the bar attendants. The king bed was so comfy, and the view of the local park from our corner room was beautiful.
The rooms were a bit small for our taste, but they did the job.

The building is a delight with chandeliers that probably have their own butlers. I had tea surrounded by more history than a museum. Those elevators make a more dramatic entrance than I do.
My AC was a bit too cold, but I made it through the frostbite.

Great location near popular attractions and dining options. The old-world charm of the hotel adds a unique touch to the stay. Comfortable beds and hot showers made for a pleasant relaxation after exploring the city.
Some rooms may need updating, especially the bathrooms. Service can vary, with instances of understaffing affecting the dining experience.

The location couldn't have been better for exploring Boston's rich history and vibrant nightlife. We even enjoyed a show at The Beehive, savoring jazz music and delectable dishes. The spacious yet cozy room provided a perfect retreat after our Boston adventures.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly breakfast options.

We hit up The Beehive and caught a groovy jazz sesh. The location was dope, right in the mix of historic sites and cool spots to chill.
Could have used a livelier bar scene for us party animals to turn up! .

Beautiful Italian Renaissance-style building. Central location, walking distance to must-see neighborhoods and sites. Affordable stay in downtown area.
Felt at home here, nothing to complain about.

Our stay at this centrally located hotel in Boston was fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Boston Common and the North End. The lobby was stunning, exuding a sense of history and grandeur. The handwritten thank-you note from the housekeeping staff was a lovely touch. our family had a wonderful vacation in this historic hotel.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the car ride to the airport. The driver didn't have the change we requested for the fare and we ended up having to double his tip.

took advantage of excellent rates at omni parker for a 2-night stay in boston. haska at front desk for check in was wonderful. concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. decor was delightful with a wonderful old world feel. location was excellent - 10 minute walk into north end, less than 10 minutes to quincy market. staff was wonderful. concierge particularly helpful with directions and suggestions. last hurrah bar drinks were perfect. very much like the history of the parker house and that they offer an economical single studio room for solo travelers. we had a deluxe king room, which was enormous. beautifully appointed with desk, sofa, chairs, coffee table, tv, etc.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊
Excellent
